“Tamara, a sincere thank you from all of us in Research for a fantastic workshop. The informal feedback from the team has been consistently complimentary, and this from a critical group of individuals with very high expectations. We found the session informative, engaging, and tailored to the challenges that we face on a day-to-day basis. Your presentation and facilitation were extremely professional. We were also impressed by your ability to make the topic relevant for our diverse group of equity and non-equity analysts with varying levels of experience.

We particularly appreciate the time and effort you spent to understand our business and the context within which we write. Thank you also for going the extra (10) miles to assess pre-work and provide individual feedback.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with you.”

Larissa van Deventer, Insurance Analyst, Markets, Barclays (regarding a custom report writing workshop presented by Tamara Oberholster through The Performance Hub)

“I have now been working closely with Tamara for the past year. She is extremely thorough and is renowned as being a stickler when it comes to deadlines. She is also extremely efficient at her task and once the flame has been sparked there is no stopping her.
Tamara has helped to take Banker SA up to the next level, and has continued to push the boundaries (in a good way) to get us to the level that we are at. She furthermore is a pleasant and easygoing person, but tackles everything that she approaches with extreme passion.
Tamara has by far been the best editor that I have worked with in my career as a Sales Executive/ Project Manager.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Tamara for any assignment.”

Andrew Green, Project Manager: Sunday Times Rewards and Loyalty at Picasso Headline and Project Manager Banker SA

“Tamara is incredibly professional, talented and very special to work with. She just ‘gets it’ and her work is always outstanding. She also has an amazing skill to create and write extraordinary stories. I highly recommend Tamara for any assignment where you want that ‘X’ factor.”
